Nor is there evidence that the deeper valley wells are not just isolated pockets. Nor can it be said with any certainty what effect the more shallow Carmel Valley Aquifer has on this elusive Tularcitos Aquifer, or, indeed, how the Tularcitos aquifer would be replenished."
